1Do I have to go with the lowest cost estimate?
Absolutely not! You have the right to choose which repair shop you want to fix your vehicle. A lower estimate may not be the best estimate, as it may not include all necessary parts and labor needed to repair your vehicle properly. Quality is our number one priority. We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our auto body repairs.
2What should I do if I’m in an accident?
First make sure that everyone is OK, then if possible, move the vehicles out of traffic. If no medical attention is needed exchange driver’s license and insurance information. If injuries are apparent call 911 for EMTs and the appropriate police department. Take pictures of the vehicles and license plates as well as the accident scene. Do not discuss the accident with the other drivers. Call your insurance agent or company.
3What is insurance steering?
Steering is when your insurance company directs you to a specific body shop they want and away from the shop that you select! It is a direct violation of the law for insurance companies to direct their clients to or away from specific auto body shops. The choice is yours. Make the clear choice – Bonnell’s Collision. 4Can you help me find a rental car?
Yes, we can! If a rental is included in your insurance policy, we can take care of all the paperwork as part of your claim. If not, we can still help you find the right car and the right rental company for your convenience. Our friendly, customer service staff is second to none.
5Should I remove my personal belongings?
Yes, your vehicle will likely go through numerous stages and departments during the repair process. We do not want you inconvenienced by not having things such as your sunglasses, music, phone chargers etc. while your car is being repaired. We will always work to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible.
6Do you stand behind your work?
Your satisfaction is always assured. We will thoroughly explain what work was done and it will also be documented on your receipt. Should you ever have an issue Bonnell’s Collision provides you with a Lifetime Warranty on all of our repair work. Your complete satisfaction is our business.
